Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location BuyAPet is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party postal carriers.

Please note we source suppliers from all over the world and try to find the best quality at the cheapest price possible, we offer free shipping on our site but not all suppliers offer free shipping, in this case, we have to migrate the shipping costs into the total price, please note our main suppliers are in the UK—the USA and CHINA, Items being delivered from China would have longer shipping timescales from 7-21 days not including the 3 days processing time, please bear this in mind when ordering, 90% of our customers receive their goods within 7-10 days If your order has been processed and entered the mailing system you will need to wait until you have received your item and then raise a cancellation with us directly, all cancellations and returns are subject to our supplier’s approval and all items must be returned to the supplier.

DISCLAIMER – All our products are brought at your own risk, we will not be liable for any injuries or damage caused by them, please ensure you use any products brought from our suppliers in a safe manner and according to their instructions.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Products will be shipped and delivered between 7-21 days after purchase.

Tracking will be provided and you may also receive 2 tracking numbers.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on some international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions about some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

All Our Products come with a 14-day return in accordance with our

Returns Policy and suppliers agreement.

 Orders Delayed.

Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60

days after orders departed from BuyAPet. The following countries and shipping methods may be different:

A. For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted 45 days after orders

depart from BuyAPet.

B. For Brazil, it is after 110 days counting from the date that the order departed from BuyAPet due to the strict customs clearance in Brazil.

C. BuyAPet will deal with your dispute for delayed orders after 100

days counting from the date that the order departed from BuyAPet.

D. For some special shipping methods, BuyAPet.cannot deal with your

disputes. 

Orders not Received.

BuyAPet will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information

shows the order is delivered.

A) If Your clients do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification

issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

B) Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the

reasons are listed below:

C) Incorrect/insufficient address.

D) No such number.

E) Unknown recipient.

F) Refused.

E) Do not pick up in time.

F) No safe delivery location.

G) Uncleared customs.

H) Others.

Products Damaged.

BuyAPetShop offers a full refund or a replacement if packages that arrived are badly damaged (photos must be provided with the unopened product and must be damaged to the point it can be seen the product is damaged) BuyAPetShop offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).

Orders Cancellation.

For order cancellations, BuyAPet offers a full refund before products are

processed by warehouses.

A.  After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.

B. After payment, pre-order inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is

special products and only available for you.

C. After payment, video and photo orders cannot be canceled as BuyAPet has planned and prepared for you after payment.
